1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 29.11.2023 fresh notices were issued to the appellant and respondents No.1 and 2. As per the Office report, notices issued to the appellant and respondents No.1 and 2 have been received back duly served. However, no one has appeared on their behalf despite service. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
