1. Application has been filed under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC for disposal of the present appeal in terms of the compromise. Photocopy of the said compromise dated 20.03.2024, filed by the appellant-Tek Chand and respondent Nos.4 to 13 has been appended as Annexure A-1. Counsel for the parties have stated that they have instructions that the parties shall abide by the terms of the compromise. Accordingly, the main appeal which is on Regular Board is taken up.

2. The compromise contains the details of land measuring 34 kanals 5 marlas situated at Village Palwal, Tehsil Palwal Distrcit Faridabad and the fact that how it would be divided between the appellant to the extent of 18 kanals and 17 marlas and 15 kanals and 8 marlas to respondent Nos.4 to 13.

3. Keeping in view the fact that it is a dispute between tenant and the transferees and the parties have entered into compromise inter se, we are of the considered opinion that the present appeal can be disposed of in terms of the compromise which shall read as part of the present judgment. Office shall make necessary incorporation in the decree-sheet.

4. The present appeal is disposed of in the above-said terms, binding the parties to the terms of the compromise.
