Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem, for the matter in issue is squarely covered by our order dated 13.05.2024, rendered in CWP No.56 of 2024 and other connected matters (Plaza Fincap Private Limited vs. District Commissioner-cum-Collector, Gurugram and others) , the petition at hand be also disposed of in the same terms.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in terms of the order and judgment passed in Plaza Fincap Private Limited's case (supra).
