1. The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to preserve the complete record pertaining to the selection for the post of Sub Divisional Agricultural officer and equivalent (Administrative Cadre) (Group-B) in Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, Haryana and not to destroy the same.
2. Learned counsel would submit that the petitioner is an aspirant for appointment to the post of Sub Divisional Agricultural Officer and with regard to his grievance of marks obtained by him not having been conveyed and to preserve the record, he has send a legal notice dated 28.05.2024, Annexure P-6, has been served upon respondent No.3, which has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is sanguine of it being considered in a positive manner, in case, a direction is given to respondent No.3 to decide the same in a time bound manner.

4. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG Haryana for respondent Nos. 1 and 2-State and Dr. Neha Awathi, Advocate for respondent No.3-HPSC, respectively accept notice and have no objection to the limited prayer made.
5. In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the legal notice dated 28.05.2024, Annexure P-6, expeditiously, preferably within a month.
