1 Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents not to proceed with the departmental enquiry against the petitioner till the conclusion of the proceedings in case FIR No.01 dated 19.01.2024 registered under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 120-B IPC, 1860 at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau, Panchkula.

2 Learned counsel for the petitioner would not dispute that the matter in issue would be covered by detailed judgment passed by Coordinate Bench in Mustagq Vs. State of Haryana & others, (2024) 3 SLR 214.

3 Ms. Palika Monga, DAG, Haryana, who appears on advance notice on behalf of the respondents brings to the notice of this Court that two intra Court appeals filed against the same order also stand dismissed by the Division Bench.

4 Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a postilion to dispute the aforesaid fact.

5 Petition stands dismissed.

6 However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take all pleas before the competent authority at an appropriate stage.
