1. The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to allow the petitioner to join the duties as Shift Attendant in view of his recommendation made by respondent No.3 with a further prayer to direct the respondent No.2 to give all consequential benefits including arrears, seniority and other notional benefits to the petitioner.
2. Both the learned counsels for the parties have stated that the entire selection has already been set aside by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-1563-2024 & CWP-25781-2023 and even the SLP filed by assailing the aforesaid judgment has also been dismissed by Hon'ble Supreme Court and therefore, the present petition has become redundant.
