1. This revision petition has been filed by the plaintiff to challenge the correctness of the judgment passed by the trial Court while dismissing the plaintiff's suit filed under Section 6 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963. he filed the suit claiming forcible dispossession at the hands of the respondent.

2. On 22.12.2023, the following order was passed:-

"The learned counsel representing the respondent No.1 and 2 has supplied a photocopy of the judgment passed by the Additional District Judge, S.A.S. Nagar Mohali, on 29.03.2023. He submits that in view of the aforesaid judgment, the present revision petition is liable to be dismissed.
The learned counsel representing the petitioner prays for a short accommodation to study the judgment before assisting the Court.
List on 12.01.2024, in the urgent list."

3. The learned counsel representing the appellant fairly submits that in view of the dismissal of plaintiff's suit for specific performance of the agreement to sell, he does not find it appropriate to press the present revision petition.

4. Ordered accordingly.

5. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
