By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, challenge has been laid to the order dated 29.05.2015 passed by learned Judicial magistrate First Class, Fatehabad in Crl. Complaint No.RBT-362 of 2014 and order dated 17.10.2016 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Fatehabad in Crl. Revision No.63-CRR of 2015 whereby the learned Court have not summoned the respondents/accused persons under Sections 3(1), (IV), (V), (VIII), (IX), (X), (XV), 3(2)(iii) and 4 of SC & ST Act and Sections 430, 166 and 2019 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that during pendency of the present petition, the main complaint itself stands dismissed by the Court below vide judgment dated 01.02.2017 and an appeal against the same is sub judice before this Court thereby rendering the present petition infructuous.
Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
