Learned State counsel submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the acquittal of the petitioner in case FIR No. 54 dated 08.06.2012, under Sections 279, 337, 338 and 304-A IPC, registered at Police Station Lohian, District Jalandhar, by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nakoda,r vide judgment dated 30.11.2023.
2. Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
