1. Appellants/plaintiffs have challenged the concurrent findings recorded by the Courts below whereby suit for permanent injunction filed by the plaintiffs/appellants was dismissed by the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dera Bassi vide judgment and decree dated 02.07.2013 and appeal preferred against the said judgment and decree was affirmed by the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali) vide judgment and decree dated 13.10.2015.

2. On calls, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants.

3. Perusal of the record reveals that there is no representation behalf of the appellants for the past 3 effective dates of hearing. It seems that appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. Consequently the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.

4. Intimation in this regard to be sent to the appellants and they are at liberty to revive the same by moving an appropriate application, in case of any grievance.

5. Since the main case has been decided, pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of accordingly.
