Status report has been filed on behalf of respondent-State by the learned State counsel by way of an affidavit of Shamsher Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, City Jhajjar, District Jhajjar and the same is taken on record.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one after first approaching the Trial Court at the first instance as two co- accused have been granted the concession of bail by the trial Court after the instant petition came to be filed.

The present petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
