Present civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 18.12.2018 (P-6) passed by Central Information Commission, Munirka, New Delhi-respondent No. 1, whereby second appeal under the Right to Information Act, 2005 preferred by D.C.Garg (petitioner) was dismissed.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that present controversy is squarely covered with the Division Bench Judgment dated 25.01.2023 passed in LPA-145-2020, titled as XXX versus State Information Commissioner, Haryana and others; hence the same be disposed off as not pressed.
3. Ordered accordingly.
