1. The present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the charge sheet dated 26.04.2004 (Annexure P-3) and enquiry proceeding dated 17.07.2004 (Annexure P-5).
2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last date of hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has pointed out that in the order dated 14.02.2020 presence of Mr. R. Kartikeya, Advocate, was inadvertently marked on behalf of the applicant-petitioner, however, he appeared for the non-applicant-respondents.
4. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed in | attest to the accuracy and integrity of this Order/Judgment CWP-19014-2004 default at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application for revival of the same in case any cause of action survives, within three months from today.
5. As the petition is being dismissed in default, a copy of this order be sent to the petitioner by Registered Post at the address mentioned in the memo of parties.
