1. The present petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.054 dated 08.08.2023 under Sections 302, 120-B and 506 of IPC, read with Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Mehta, District Amritsar Rural.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable him to file a fresh one with better particulars and, if permissible under the law on any changed circumstances.
3. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. (ALOK JAIN) JUDGE April 30, 2024.
