1 The present petition is for quashing of the order dated 02.03.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Mewat, arising out of FIR No.304 dated 11.8.2017, under Sections 148, 149, 302 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Tauru, District Nuh (Mewat) (Annexure P-1), whereby the bail granted to the petitioner was cancelled by forfeiting the bail bonds to the State as well as quashing of the order dated 27.09.2023 (Annexure P-3), whereby the regular bail of the petitioner was dismissed.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
3. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
