The present petition has been filed for seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to pay compensation of Rs. 30 lacs on account of unnatural death of husband of the petitioner namely Gurpreet Singh.
Disposed of, in terms of the judgment dated 18.08.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-22904-2016 titled as "Rajwinder Kaur and another versus State of Haryana and others".
