1. Present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 03.11.2023 fresh notices were issued to the appellant as well as respondent No.1. As per the office report, both the appellant and respondent No.1 have since died. None has put in appearance on behalf of the parties. No one has come forward to be impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant.
2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
