1. Mr.Yashpal Sharma, Advocate, files vakalatnama on behalf of respondents no.1 to 12, same is taken on record.

2. This petition is filed against the order of ejectment dated 08.12.2022, passed by learned Rent Controller, Chandigarh and order dated 15.03.2024, passed by learned Appellate Authority, Chandigarh, whereby, appeal against the order of ejectment has been dismissed. The order of ejectment has been passed on the ground of personal necessity.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if atleast one year time is granted to the petitioners to vacate 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 06-05-2024 22:24:49 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:059539 CR-2355-2024(O&M) 2 . 2024:PHHC:059539 the demised premises and they shall pay the charges for usual occupation @ Rs.30,000/- per month for this period, in order to make alternate arrangement and his petition be dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents no.1 to 12 submits that respondent / landlord has no objection to the proposal made by the petitioners but only three months time be granted to vacate the premises since ejectment petition was filed long time back.

5. After discussing for some time, parties have agreed that nine months time be granted to the petitioners to vacate the demised premises.

6. In view of the statements made by the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioners are granted nine months time to vacate the demised premises positively subject to payment of Rs.30,000/- per month to the respondents as use and occupation charges from the date of dismissal of the appeal and further petitioners giving undertaking within three weeks in the trial Court and also furnishing the affidavit that demised premises shall be vacated positively within a period of nine months.

7. In view of the above statements, the present revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by the statements made by their counsel. In case of default, the petitioners would be liable to vacate the demised premises immediately.

8. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of along with this judgment.
