1. The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant benefit of job to the petitioner as per the provisions of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Policy dated 09.11.2010 (Annexure P-2) and the order dated 26.11.2015 (Annexure P-4) and 18.10.2016 (Annexure P-6) passed by this Court.
2. Short report by way of an affidavit of HCS, Sub Divisional Officer (C), Jhajjar has been filed on behalf of the respondents and the same is taken on record.
3. Both the parties are ad idem that the present petition can be disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-5001-2017 titled as "Satender Vs. State of Haryana and 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 04-05-2024 06:40:13 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:058962 2024:PHHC:058962 CWP-30100-2018 (O&M) -2- others" along with other connected cases, decided on 07.08.2023 wherein directions were issued to the respondents to examine the eligibility of the petitioner(s) in terms of the judgment dated 26.11.2015 read with order dated 18.10.2016 and the Policy decision taken by the Government.
4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of and the respondents are directed to grant benefit to the petitioner in terms of the aforesaid judgments.
