Learned counsel for the appellant submits that as of now, the 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 03-05-2024 00:27:13 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:058881 RSA-3793-2000 (O&M) RSA-3797-2000 (O&M) -2- 2023:PHHC:058881 appellants as well as the private respondents in both appeals must have retired from service and there is no information as to whether the appellants are alive and they still intend to pursue the present regular second appeal or not, hence, the present regular second appeals may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to revive the same in case the appellants are alive and they still intend to get the decision of present regular second appeal on merit and also under the circumstances in case, the respondents initiate any action causing prejudice to the appellants on the basis of judgments and decrees of the Courts below.
