(1) Learned counsel for the contesting parties submit that during the pendency of the present intra court appeal, the contesting parties, through a written compromise dated 10.04.2024, have amicably resolved the dispute which was the subject matter of the instant appeal. (2) In the light of the above development the present appeal is disposed of.
(3) It is clarified that the disposal of the instant appeal would be no impediment in the way of the appellants to take recourse to the remedies that the appellants may have in law to challenge the criminal proceedings lodged against them in the light of the directions given in the impugned judgment.
