CM-5639-CWP-2024 Present application has been filed for recalling the order dated 20.03.2024, by which, the present writ petition was dismissed for non- prosecution.
Notice of the application to the counsel opposite. Mr. Harish Nain, learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He raises no objection for the grant of prayer as raised in the present application.
Keeping in view the averments made in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. The order dated 20.03.2024 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number and status.

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim of the petitioner is for regularization of her services under the policy issued in the year 2014.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the said policy has already been set aside by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP No.17206 of 2014 titled as Yogesh Tyagi and another vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 31.05.2018 though, the said judgment is pending consideration before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to either revive the present petition or to file a fresh one in case any right subsists after the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
4. Ordered accordingly.
