By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has made the 2nd attempt to seek the relief of regular bail in the criminal case arisen out of the FIR bearing No.52 dated 26.08.2020 registered at Police Station 'GRP' Amritsar, Government Railway Police, Amritsar, under Sections 302, 307, 341, 396, 120-B, 473, 201, 411 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that the petitioner has already been acquitted in the criminal case under reference, vide the judgment passed by the concerned trial Court on 13.03.2024 and he submits that the present petition has, thus, become infructuous.

3. Learned State counsel also acknowledges the factum of the acquittal of the petitioner in the relevant criminal case.

4. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
