This petition has been filed for quashing the impugned judgment dated 03.02.2020 whereby the revision petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.
As per previous order dated 28.02.2023, fresh notice were ordered to be issued for 30.05.2023 after filing of the correct address.
As per office report, petitioner has not furnished correct address within stipulated period of two weeks and even after expiry of one year, today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
In view of the above, dismissed for non-prosecution.
