1. On 16.02.2024, this Court passed the following order:-
"Despite repeated opportunities, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner nor has he taken any steps to serve the respondents.
In view of the judgment passed by the Supreme Court in M/s Shree Vishnu Constructions Versus The Engineer in Chief Military Engineering Service and others, 2023 (8) SCC 329, petitioner is granted last opportunity.
Let fresh notice be issued to the respondents for 29.04.2024 on deposit of necessary charges."
2. Perusal of the order sheets show that there has been a consistent non- appearance on behalf of the petitioner, in as much as, the petitioner has remained unrepresented during the previous six hearings. Even necessary charges for issuance of fresh notice have not been deposited.
3. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
4. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
