Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the judgment in CWP-12858-2018 titled as Chand Singh and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 24.08.2023 on the basis of which, claim has been raised by the petitioner in the present petition, has already been stayed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-600-2024 hence, present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action in case, any right subsists after the decision in LPA-600-2024.
