1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobedience of order dated 28.08.2023 passed by this court in CWP-18702-2023.
2. In compliance of order dated 28.08.2023, the counsel for respondent No.1 has already placed on record affidavit on behalf of respondent No.1, which is taken on record.
3. The counsel for the respondent No.1, after going through the aforesaid order, has submitted that the order, qua which contempt was asserted, has since been complied with by passing speaking order on the representation of the petitioners. No further action is required in the integrity of this document/judgment RAJ KUMAR 2024.04.30 18:23 COCP No.3901 of 2023 2024:PHHC: 058382 -2- matter. Accordingly, the present petition has been rendered as infructuous.
4. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
5. However, if any grievance of any of the petitioners is left unaddressed, he will be at liberty to avail alternate remedy, in accordance with law.
