1. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to the appellant to raise the issues taken up in the instant appeal which include the allegations made against him with regard to encroachment on the land of the Gram Panchayat, his involvement in a criminal case and his being a defaulter before the Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad, before the Deputy Commissioner takes a decision in terms of the directions issued by the learned Single Judge in the judgment which is impugned through the instant intra court appeal.
2. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
3.
