CMs-4434-4435-C-2024 Prayer in these applications filed under Section 151 CPC by the appellants is to place on record compromise dated 12.04.2024 (Annexure A-1) and to dispose of present appeal in terms of said compromise.
It is submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and it bears the signatures of all contesting parties.
For the reasons stated in the applications, same are allowed and compromise dated 12.04.2024 (Annexure A-1) is taken on record.

"That in view of above compromise, the judgment and decree dated 22.10.2011 passed by the court of Sh. Charanjeet Arora, Ld. Civil Judge (Senior Division) Jalalabad may be upheld and judgment dated 03.09.2013 passed by the court of Sh. Jatinder Pal Singh Khurmi, Ld. Addl. District Judge Fazilka, may be set-aside and RSA No.172/2014 pending before the Hon'ble High Court may be allowed in terms of compromise with directions to make this compromise deed a part of the judgment and decree dated 22.10.2011 passed by the Ld. Addl. Civil Judge (Senior Division) Jalalabad."
In view of the compromise, the present appeal is allowed, the judgment and decree dated 22.10.2011 passed by the learned trial Court is hereby upheld and the judgment and decree dated 03.09.2013 passed by the appellate Court is hereby set aside.
The parties shall be bound by the terms of compromise in letter and spirit.
