"There has been no compliance of the order dated 28.03.2023. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks more time to comply with the same. Last opportunity is granted to do the needful, failing which, the present appeal shall be dismissed for non- prosecution.
Adjourned to 29.04.2024."
2. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the matter being called twice nor there has been compliance of the order dated 28.03.2023. It appears that the appellant is not interested in Yogesh Sharma 2024.04.30 10:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
