1. Present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 06.11.2023 fresh notice was issued to the appellant-Corporation. As per office report, the notice has been received back unserved with the report that Tara Singh Brar, through whom the present appeal was filed, was Director of the appellant-Corporation in the year 2001 and his address is not known and that the appellant-Corporation has since been closed. This is the only address of the appellant-Corporation available in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts.
2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
