1. The present petition is for grant of protection to the petitioner at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 8 and for a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the complaints filed by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that he contains his prayer only to the extent of protecting the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 8 and as regards the non action on the part of the police authorities on the complaints of the petitioner, he shall approach the competent Court in due course.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Seeking a reply from the respondents would procrastinate the proceedings.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present | attest to the accuracy and integrity of this Order/Judgment 2024:PHHC:057177 CRM-M-20515-2024 (O&M) petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to look into the matter only with the aspect of protection of life and liberty of the petitioner and this order shall not be construed as any direction or undue benefit to the petitioner.

5. With the above observations, the present petition is disposed of.

6. Pending miscellaneous application(s) shall also stand disposed of.
