The present appeal has been preferred against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 16.10.2006 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad in FIR No.88 dated 18.03.2000 under Sections 395, 397 and 412 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Hodal.
2. Custody certificate filed by learned State counsel is taken on record. As per custody certificate, the appellant has completed his sentence and he has been released from custody on 05.10.2011.
3. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of.
4. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
