1. The present petition is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to arrest the accused persons in FIR No.0092 dated 08.04.2024 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 34, 323, 341 and 506 of IPC and Sections 3 (1) (a), 3 (2) (va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015), registered at Police Station Narwana City.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that appropriate directions be issued to the official respondents to arrest the accused immediately or this Court may direct that action be taken against them. She submits that after the lodging of the FIR, the authorities are not proceeding in the matter and the petitioner moved a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Jind vide Annexure P-2 dated 18.04.2024, | attest to the accuracy and integrity of this Order/Judgment 2024:PHHC:057188 CRM-M-20820-2024 however, no action has been taken till date.

3. After vehemently arguing on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage, to enable the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

4. Ordered accordingly.
