1. The appellant/plaintiff has filed the instant appeal against judgment and decree dated 09.06.1999, whereby learned Additional District Judge, Ludhiana, while allowing the appeal filed by the respondents/defendants, has set aside the judgment and decree dated 30.11.1995 passed by learned Sub Judge III Class, Ludhiana, whereby the suit for declaration filed by the appellant/plaintiff has been decreed.

2. On the last date of hearing i.e. 04.04.2024, the following order was passed:-

As per office report, Sh. Sharwan Sehgal, Advocate, counsel for the appellant has been informed through email dated 04.12.2023. However, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Learned State counsel seeks time to address arguments.
Adjourned to 26.04.2024.
Since, this case pertains to the year 1999, no further adjournment shall be granted on the next date of hearing and the case shall proceed further in the absence of the counsel for the appellant.
