1. Mr. Raj Kumar Narang, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant-Bank and has filed his power of attorney, which is taken on record. He has handed over a copy of e-mail received from the appellant-Bank stating that they do not want to pursue the present appeal. Copy of the e-mail is taken on record. In view of the e-mail sent by the appellant-Bank, learned counsel for the appellant does not wish to press the present appeal.
2. Since respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are reported to have died and no one has come forward to be impleaded as their legal representatives, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the cross-objections being XOBJS-22-C-1993 filed by respondent Nos.1 to 3.
3. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as not pressed and the cross-objections (XOBJS-22-C-1993) also stand dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
