1. Vide order dated 06.12.2023 notice was issued to the appellants as well as to their counsel. As per office report, appellants have left the address and are now residing in Uttar Pradesh. There is no other address of the appellants available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts. Even the counsel for the appellants has not appeared despite being informed by the Registry.
2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
