1. On 07.03.2024 the following order was passed :
"Vide order dated 08.01.2024 fresh notices were issued to respondent Nos.1 and 3 to 12 by way of dasti process, however, since dasti notices were not collected, notices could not be issued to them.
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks last opportunity to do the needful. Learned counsel for the appellant also seeks some time to implead the legal representatives of the sole appellant.
Let fresh notices be issued to respondent Nos.1 and 3 to 12, returnable 25.04.2024. Dasti only.
Let the needful be done well before the next date of hearing.

2. Till date there has been no compliance of order dated 07.03.2024. Today the case has been called twice, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant.
3. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
4. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
