Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., for issuance of directions to learned Appellate Court for allowing the petitioner to appear through Counsel by exempting her personal appearance, in criminal appeal bearing No. CRA/211/2020 titled as "Mohini Abrol Vs. Pushpender Kaur", which has been filed against the judgment of acquittal dated 15.07.2019 (P-1), pertaining to FIR No.306 dated 03.07.2014, under Sections 323, 452, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Central, Faridabad, District Faridabad.
2. On 01.02.2024, none appeared on behalf of petitioner and Mr. Tribhawan Singla, Advocate was requested to assist in the matter as an Amicus Curiae.
3. Again on 23.04.2024, none came forward on behalf of the petitioner and today also the position is same.

4. Learned State counsel has produced the copy of order dated 20.01.2024, passed by learned Additional District Judge, (sic. Additional Sessions Judge) Faridabad, which is taken on record as Mark 'X'.
5. Perusal of the above order reveals that present petitioner appeared before learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad on that day and now, appeal is stated to be pending for 22.05.2024.
6. In view of the above, it appears that petitioner has lost interest in the matter. As a result thereof, there is no option except to close the matter.
7. Ordered accordingly.
8. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stands disposed of.
