1. The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India are seeking directions to the respondents to decide demand notice dated 18.03.2024 (Annexure P-11).
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that the petitioners have filed demand notice dated 18.03.2024 (Annexure P-11) seeking seniority, full salary, pay fixation, increments, arrears of pay and consequential benefits on notional basis. This Court vide order dated 04.04.2022 passed in CWP No.6995 of 2022 directed the respondents to decide similar demand notice. The respondents in compliance of directions of this Court has passed order dated 05.12.2022 (Annexure P-9) and order dated 19.02.2024 (Annexure P-10) whereby Department has granted full pay benefit to the similarly situated employees. The petitioners are entitled to same relief.

4. Learned State counsel asserts that demand notice (Annexure P-
11) of the petitioner shall be decided within two months from today. He further assures the Court that the competent authority while disposing demand notice (Annexure P-11) would consider order dated 05.12.2022 (Annexure P-9) and 19.02.2024 (Annexure P-10) passed by Additional Director General of Police.
5. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of.
