Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of the order dated 27.07.2018, whereby, the trial Court has dismissed the application of the complainant-petitioner filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C. for summoning respondents No.2 to 4 as an additional accused.
In this petition, notice of motion was issued on 31.10.2018 and thereafter, the same is pending for motion hearing on various occasions though there was no interim order to stay the proceedings before the trial Court and accordingly, the trial continued and finally vide judgment dated 31.05.2019, the accused stands convicted.
In the light of above and the judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of in 'Sukhpal Singh Khaira Vs. State of Punjab', 2023(4) RCR (Criminal) 108, nothing survives in the present petition as has been pointed out by learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4.

Accordingly, the same is disposed of.
