1. The present petition is for quashing of FIR No.93 dated 14.10.2023, under Sections 323, 506, 336, 148 and 149 of IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Ladhuwal, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana (Annexure P-1), as well as all consequent proceedings arising therefrom.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law including liberty to approach this Court at an appropriate stage.
3. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion | attest to the accuracy and integrity of this Order/Judgment 2024:PHHC:055278 CRM-M-20165-2024 on the merits of the case and the liberty granted is only on the request of the counsel for the petitioner and is not a direction.
