1. The applicant has filed the present application under Section 378 (4) Cr. P.C with a prayer to grant special leave to appeal against the impugned judgment dated 07.01.2020, passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, whereby the respondents were ordered to be acquitted of the charges framed against them.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents submits that the respondent No.2 has expired and the present appeal has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the respondents has also placed on record the photocopy of death certificate of Munish Jain, who was partner of respondent No.1 and was respondent No.2 himself.
3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents No.1 and 2, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous and dismissed as such.
