1. The appellant/plaintiff has filed the instant appeal against judgment and decree dated 14.05.1998 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mansa, whereby a suit for declaration filed by the appellant/plaintiff has been dismissed and judgment and decree dated 18.01.1999 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Mansa, whereby an appeal filed by the appellant/plaintiff against judgment and decree dated 14.05.1998, has also been dismissed.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the instant appeal in view of the letter dated 12.10.2012 issued by the Director, Education, Punjab, Chandigarh. She produced copy of the said letter in the Court which is taken on record.
3. Dismissed as withdrawn.
