Appellant-defendant is in an appeal against the judgment passed by the Court of Sub Judge, First Class, Ferozepur in Civil Suit No. 612/1 of 16.09.1987 decided vide judgment and decree dated 07.11.1989 as well as the subsequent dismissal of the appeal by the Additional District Judge, Ferozepur in Civil Appeal No. 114 of 1991 vide judgment and decree dated 08.10.1991.
The matter is being repeatedly adjourned since 24.01.2023 to enable the appellant to move an appropriate application for impleading LRs of respondents No.2 and 5. Despite three opportunities spending over a period of more than a year, the needful has not been done.
Counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Anurag Chopra, has informed that they have made every attempt to contact the appellant, however, no response is forth coming.
