Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of impugned order dated 19.09.2019 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ajnala whereby petitioners have been summoned as additional accused in case No. CIS No. CHI/67/2018, titled as State Versus Balbir Singh arising out of FIR No. 93 dated 16.05.2015 under Section 420, 120B, 467, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar. (2) At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioners, submits that trial is over and petitioners have been acquitted vide judgment dated 17.02.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ajnala, therefore, present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
(3) Ordered accordingly.
(4) Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
