1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the claim of the petitioners has wrongly been rejected by the respondents on the ground that there was no post available for the regularization of services of the petitioners whereas, the similar issue has already been decided by this Court while passing order in CWP-2158-2020 titled as Ashish Sharma and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 13.03.2024 along with other connected cases hence, the respondents are under an obligation to reconsider the claim of the petitioners for regularization of their services by ignoring the impugned orders already passed.

2. Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that in case, any representation is received from the petitioners on the basis of the judgment already passed by this Court in 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 26-04-2024 02:09:34 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:055370 CWP-9138-2024 -2- . 2024:PHHC:055370 Ashish Sharma (supra), the said claim will be adjudicated upon afresh on the basis of the judgment already passed by this Court in Ashish Sharma (supra) and an appropriate speaking order will be passed within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of any such representation without being influenced by the impugned orders already passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of the learned counsel for the respondents, present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondents by way of filing representation on the basis of the judgment passed by this Court in Ashish Sharma (supra).
