1. Petitioners have preferred this writ petition relying upon judgment passed by this Court whereby the provisions laid down by the State Government for granting fixed emoluments during probation period have been quashed. The said judgments passed by this Court in various writ petitions have been challenged by State of Punjab and Hon'ble the Supreme Court has stayed the operation of the judgments.
2. Keeping in view that the judgments passed by this Court have already been stayed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court, no fresh writ petition could have been filed relying upon judgments of this Court.
3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed being wholly misconceived.
