The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.189, dated 26.12.2023 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 21(b)/27/29/61/85 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Goraya, District Jalandhar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition since the petitioner already stands convicted vide judgment dated 06.04.2024.
In view of the above, nothing survives in the instant petition and the same has become redundant.
Disposed off accordingly.
