1. The landlord has filed this revision petition challenging the correctness of the interlocutory order passed by the Rent Controller on 09.08.2019, whereby the provisional rent for a period of 36 months has been assessed.

2. The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the rent was due and payable for a period of 50 months and therefore, the Court has erred in assessing the provisional rent for a period of 36 months only.

3. This court has considered the submissions of the learned counsel representing the parties.

4. In this case, the Rent Controller has assessed the provisional rent only. He has not decided the rent petition finally. While finally deciding the rent petition, the Court will appreciate the evidence and pass judgment accordingly.
